Your challenge

In this versatile role, you will support customers in their daily use of their Abacus solution. You will analyze questions, help in the development of solutions, and work closely with experienced consultants.

You will gain insight into different modules such as finance and accounting or HR/payroll and assist with parameterization, testing, and the implementation of customer requirements. In addition, you will participate in ERP implementations and system optimizations and, with growing experience, take on increasingly independent areas of responsibility.

You will also actively contribute to support (1st and 2nd level) and develop step by step into a competent contact person for technical and system-related questions.

Your qualities and talents

• You have already been able to gain initial practical experience with Abacus, for example as a user, key user, or in support.
• Your basis is training in an IT-related environment, ideally supplemented by a corresponding degree.
• You enjoy working your way into complex systems and show genuine interest in ERP and digitalization topics.
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and approach problems actively and in a solution-oriented way.
• German is your native language and you communicate confidently in English.
