Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Dispatching and coordinating services in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, and DDI for the entire Universitätsspital Zürich • Responsible for a smooth flow of daily business • Representing the Supply Chain Management area towards internal and external customers • Continuous checking and adjusting of the daily schedule in dispatching • Contact person for customers and supervisors regarding problems with the logbook (Single Point of Contact) • Ensuring flawless, service-oriented customer service • Monitoring ramp management as well as reporting temperature deviations Your profile • Professional experience in the field of logistics and in the service sector. • Completed or ongoing further training in logistics, Facility Management, or a related field. • Very good knowledge of MS-Office and ERP systems • Excellent German skills in spoken and written form. • Proactive and team-oriented personality with a high degree of independence, resilience, and reliability. • Strongly developed planning and coordination talent. • Strong communication skills with high customer orientation and a strong willingness to provide service. • Experience in the hospital sector is desirable Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
