Crèche Manager wanted - with heart, mind and leadership strength! ? 100 % workload | Location Hard Turm Park | Start immediately or by arrangement Unsere Champions Deutschland / Schweiz is looking for a committed, experienced and empathetic Crèche Manager who will lead our location at Limmatplatz with passion and competence. What awaits you:

Responsibility for the pedagogical, personnel and organizational management of the location
Leadership and promotion of a motivated team
Ensuring a loving, development-promoting environment for children from the age of 3 months until entering kindergarten.
Close cooperation with the management and the other daycare managers
Co-design and further development of our pedagogical concepts
What you bring:

Completed training in the field of early childhood education (e.g., HF Kindererziehung, Social Pedagogy or equivalent)
Several years of experience in the management of a daycare center
Leadership competence, organizational talent and communication strength
Joy in working with children, parents and teams
Resilience, initiative and a high awareness of quality
