Social Pedagogue / Social Worker or Psychiatric Nursing Specialist (m/f/d | 70-80%) ## As of 1 July 2026 or by arrangement Inselhof is a competence center for children, mothers, and stressed families with complementary (partly) inpatient and outpatient services for different needs. Inselhof @home in Zürich is an outpatient interprofessional service of social pedagogical family support and counseling in the Canton of Zürich for families with children aged zero to ten years. The service is aimed at families in difficult and stressed situations. Our goal is to strengthen families, support parents in coping with challenges, and promote the healthy development of children. As a complement to the inpatient services, since April 2024 we have been offering outreach social-pedagogical-psychotherapeutic family support & counseling. For this, we are looking for one to two employees. What you bring with you: ### • Completed training in Social Work (Social Pedagogy / Social Work), Psychology, or Psychiatric Nursing (advantageous: knowledge in Case Management, crisis intervention, etc.) • Further training in systemic counseling / therapy or family therapy • Knowledge of trauma pedagogy and psychiatric illnesses or interest and willingness to undergo further training in these areas • Several years of professional experience in the outpatient-outreach or (partly) inpatient sector as well as experience in supporting families and working with psychologically stressed people • Joy in helping to shape a young service as well as the ability to withstand "undefined aspects," or the willingness to contribute to solutions and clarity yourself • Openness to working in an interdisciplinary team and with the entire family system and to develop further as a team • Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours (Monday to Friday; there may be evening appointments) • High social competence and the ability to act and decide in stressful situations as well as to encounter different realities of life with appreciation • Good language skills in English and preferably in other languages Your tasks: ### • Individual, needs-based support and counseling of families in "multi-problem situations" with their children aged 0-10 years to cope with everyday life, developmental and educational tasks, and crises • Work as a family supporter including promoting the resources of all family members as well as defining, planning, and implementing jointly decided goals • Independent planning and organization of visits to families • Preparation and follow-up of assignments and creation of reports • Networking and constructive cooperation with family-related professionals (e.g., schools) and specialist agencies as well as other employees at Inselhof • Active participation in status meetings, team meetings, intervision, and supervision by a psychiatrist • Collaboration in the creation of concepts, processes, and methods What you can look forward to: ### • Versatile, exciting, and meaningful work (including careful induction) • Working according to trauma pedagogy • An open, humorous, and supportive team as well as various opportunities for exchange/events • Opportunities to shape pedagogical work and the further development of services • Remuneration according to cantonal guidelines as well as allowances for evening, weekend, and night work • 5 weeks of vacation • Good accessibility by public transport and bicycle • Various other benefits can be found on our website Have we aroused your interest in this position?
