Over 30 experts in the field of business succession accompany our clients in the planning and sale of their company within the family, to employees and to third parties. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about business succession to expand our team.

What to expect from us ##

• You work closely with experienced consultants and primarily accompany family-internal succession arrangements and business transfers to employees from A to Z.
• Situationally, you actively participate in external company sales (M&A).
• You support your colleagues in creating business valuations and succession concepts, in deal structuring, buyer search and negotiations as well as financing clarifications, tax rulings and contracts.
• You show the company owners how they or the company can prepare for succession in the best possible financial way. In particular, you identify tax optimization potential (e.g. salary-dividend ratio, change of legal form, dividend withdrawal/financial planning as well as pension fund).
• You accompany our consultants in client meetings, prepare them professionally and process the results.

What you bring with you ##

• Enthusiasm for the world of SMEs
• Completed studies (or shortly before) or comparable training/further education
• Initial professional experience in the field of fiduciary, finance, pension, accounting or controlling
• Analytical mindset and ability to present complex relationships understandably
• Good communication and enjoyment of contact with all stakeholder groups
