Architect with execution experience -------------------------------------- The focus of the position is on detailed execution planning, the creation of precise working drawings, and the technical supervision of construction projects in the realization phase. Core tasks include the elaboration of execution details, coordination with specialist planners and contractors, site supervision, quality control, as well as ensuring timely and cost-efficient implementation. Experience in SIA phases 3 to 5 (project planning, tendering and realization) is mandatory. Very good knowledge of CAD/BIM (e.g. Revit or ArchiCAD), building construction, material science, standards and permit procedures are required. Further competencies in cost control, contract management and design-related supervision of the execution are of great advantage. We are looking for an independent, solution-oriented personality with high quality standards and practical site experience.
