Your tasks

• Support the sales and purchasing team in daily business
• Processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative activities
• Creation of evaluations, presentations and documentation
• Correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Support in sample management and shipping processing
• Collaboration on various projects and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (KV)
• Initial experience in sales administration, purchasing or in a similar function is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of contact with customers and suppliers
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Down-to-earth, team-oriented and uncomplicated personality
