We are looking for a new team member for the Independent Living area as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. The SEWO area consists of the offers Living in the Settlement and Living in the Neighborhood. Living in the Settlement consists of several residential units as well as a meeting apartment within the same property. Your tasks mainly consist of: • collaborating in the planning and implementation of individual support and accompaniment of the residents, who want to live and dwell as independently and self-determinedly as possible • the individual and motivated accompaniment of the clients, this includes psychosocial counseling sessions, support in the organization of leisure and holiday activities, if necessary accompaniment to medical and other appointments, counseling in practicing a healthy lifestyle, support with household tasks, etc. • constructive cooperation in the team, with internal and external specialists, with relatives and legal representatives • collaborating on administrative tasks.
