Project Manager Business Transformation & Governance Group Operations Management controls the costs for IT services and project services of the Migros Group and creates transparency for effective IT cost control. For the further development and digital transformation of our department, we are looking for an experienced personality who leads projects, takes responsibility, and actively drives changes to help shape our future. What you move You lead strategic and operative transformation and control projects in the environment of financial IT service and project production You are responsible for projects holistically, from the development of decision-making bases to the successful go-live You develop modern approaches for the further development of finance, control, and allocation models You design governance structures, processes, and standards for transparent and efficient corporate management You network business, finance, and IT and bring different interests together in a goal-oriented manner What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Subject area: e.g., BWL, VWL, industrial engineering, finance and accounting, controlling, or a comparable field Professional experience: At least 6 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or corporate management in a service environment Experience in leading projects and change initiatives Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and experience in dealing with different stakeholders and external partners Knowledge of agile and classical project management methods Pronounced analytical, structured way of working as well as a pronounced understanding of complex relationships Knowledge of Jira and Confluence; experience with Serviceware Financial and/or ServiceNow German (B2) English (A2) Swiss (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Modern infrastructure: Diverse work zones and modern co-working spaces with advanced equipment Social benefits: Attractive employment conditions with very good social benefits Leisure and cultural offers: As a main sponsor at runs and events, Migros offers employees limited places at half price.
