Project: Strengthen a dynamic, eight-person expert team in the area of Product Management Cards! Due to a temporary higher capacity requirement, we are looking for a strong implementation personality as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d).
In this role, you will take responsibility for the versatile card offering and significantly shape its further development. Together with partners from project management, business engineering, and the DevOps teams, you will constantly develop the portfolio further and create real added value for customers and partners. Start for 12 months at 100% in Zürich.

Tasks:

• Development & Concepts: Developing sound business cases, functional requirements, and epic framework concepts for the further development and smooth operation of our card products.
• Agile Implementation Support: Accompanying and steering the implementation of projects as an Epic Owner in our Agile Release Trains (SAFe framework).
• Stakeholder Management: Close exchange and coordination with all relevant interfaces (e.g., sales units, Legal & Compliance, Business Engineering, project management, Marketing & Communication, as well as external providers).
• Operational Daily Business: Independent implementation of small requirements as well as completion of all arising work in ongoing product management.

Requirements:

• Current know-how in the Card Business on the issuer side, preferably sound knowledge in the area of debit cards and credit cards.
• Several years of experience (5-8 years) in the role as Senior Product Manager.
• Demonstrable experience in agile working (SAFe / Epic Owner) as well as a strong ability for multi-topic management.
