This is what you will achieve • You will actively help shape the further development of our internal communication and support existing formats such as the MyETAVIS app, the employee magazine, newsletters, and other internal communication measures. • You will support our regions, business units, and specialist departments with selected communicative concerns and coordinate closely with the Head of Marketing & Communication and the team. • You will help ensure that our digital communication channels remain current, relevant, and appropriate for the target group. To this end, you will maintain and update website content, create new posts, and publish blog articles. • You will contribute to new communication formats, deal with AI-supported content processes, and develop ideas on how we can make our communication work more efficient and effective. • You will support the Social Media Manager as a sparring partner in content planning and accompany photo and video productions. • As part of a small team, you will work on diverse marketing and communication projects and support your colleagues in the context of deputy roles. This will facilitate your entry • With your university degree in communication, marketing, media, or a comparable field, you have already gained professional experience in corporate communications or other communication-related tasks. • You have excellent written and oral expression skills in German, storytelling comes naturally to you, and you find it easy to prepare topics from various specialist departments in an understandable, interesting, and target-group-oriented manner. • You are familiar with content management systems and the maintenance of websites, and you are characterized by your high affinity for digital media and your interest in new technologies; ideally, you have already gained initial experience with AI-supported tools. • You use the Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva suite effortlessly and can handle film and photo equipment. • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, maintain an overview even with multiple projects, and like to contribute your own ideas. Experience in project management is an advantage.
