We are an innovative, dynamic and ambitious architecture and general planning office with locations in Zürich and Chur. Our architects, draftsmen and project managers work openly and communicatively with passion on exciting and varied projects. In order to provide our clients with a digital image of our projects as early as in the planning phase and so that we can work efficiently with our partners, we model the projects from A-Z (BIM).

Your main tasks:

You independently lead and implement construction projects, from project design through tendering to realization, whenever possible with BIM. In doing so, you take responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality. You also coordinate clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors and further develop your project team professionally and personally.

What we expect from you:

• Several years of experience in project management and in the realization of construction projects in Switzerland
• Confident working in all planning and execution phases
• Very good IT skills (ArchiCAD 3D, construction administration, MS Office and Adobe CC)
• Proficiency in dealing with building laws, standards, regulations, materials and constructions
• Strong leadership and social skills, communicative strength and a confident appearance
• Conscientious, forward-looking and company-oriented actions
