Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. ### What awaits you with us? • Responsibility for learning guidance as well as the design and evaluation of the training of students and apprentices (HF, FH and FaGe) in the department • Close cooperation with the students in learning and working groups as well as ensuring holistic and professional nursing and care of our patients • Accompanying, promoting, and supporting apprentices and students of the health professions (Pflege HF, FH and FaGe) in daily training • Designing individual learning processes and promoting the professional as well as personal development of the apprentices and students • Planning and coordination of the various learning forms in close cooperation with the department management and the training officer What do you bring with you? • Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH as well as professional experience in the acute care sector • Independent, responsible, and resilient personality with high social and professional competence • Enthusiasm for the training of future professionals as well as pedagogical further education (SVEB I, CAS) or the willingness to complete this • Joy in taking responsibility together with the interdisciplinary team for patient-oriented and professional nursing • Strong sense of responsibility as well as very good communication skills • Motivation, specialist knowledge, experience, and the enthusiasm for the nursing profession to pass on to apprentices and students Our Benefits We look forward to your application Isabel Tankoy Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
