• Scheduling appointments and managing schedules
• Receiving and caring for patients
• Creating medical reports (background speech recognition), recording their services according to TARDOC and maintaining case data
• Friendly telephone information and referrals to the responsible authority
• Blood sampling, injections, infusions
• Bone density measurements
• Instructing patients on self-administering medication
