Your tasks:
Professional and personal leadership of the planning team
Overall responsibility for demanding residential construction projects from development to construction start
Control of costs, deadlines and quality throughout the entire planning phase
Close cooperation with the clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors
Further development and quality assurance of the existing planning processes
What you bring with you:
Several years of experience in project management of residential buildings, ideally in a GU or TU environment
Experience in the leadership and further development of teams
Confidence in dealing with authorities and complex planning processes
Ability to manage projects holistically and entrepreneurially
A good overview and clear priorities - even with several topics running in parallel
Communicative personality with a structured, clear and assertive way of working
Training as a Techniker/-in HF Bauplanung Architektur or a comparable qualification
ArchiCAD knowledge is an advantage
