You are already independently managing mandates in fiduciary services and desire the next career step – with more responsibility, development prospects, and long-term partnership?
For several established and high-growth fiduciary companies in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for experienced Mandate Managers who want to contribute their professional expertise in an entrepreneurial environment.
Your role:
In this position, you will take over the independent management of demanding SME mandates and act as the direct contact person for your clients in all fiduciary matters. Depending on experience, there is the possibility to take on additional leadership responsibility and actively participate in the further expansion of the location.
Your main tasks
Independent management of national and international mandates (SMEs from various industries)
Professional and personnel leadership, coaching, and further development of a team of fiduciary specialists (depending on seniority)
Management of financial accounting as well as preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Preparation of VAT returns and tax returns for natural and legal persons
Advising clients on business and tax matters
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services (mandatory)
Further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or currently in training (advantageous)
Independent, structured, and mandate-oriented way of working
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and long-term mandate relationships
