Become part of our team and set the next milestone in your professional development.   What you achieve with us • Overall project management: Thanks to your sound experience, you take on overall responsibility for demanding architecture and interior design projects in existing real estate - from the first idea to realization. You manage projects with a volume of around CHF 4 Mio. with clarity, structure and foresight. • Cost and schedule management: You take over the cost and schedule management and ensure that costs, schedules and quality remain in harmony at all times. • Preparation of project documents: You are responsible for the entire project documentation in cooperation with the project team.  • Contact person for clients: You are the central contact person for the client, accompany decision-making processes at eye level and create trust throughout the entire project duration.  • Team spirit: You steer and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all participants pull in the same direction. In doing so, you strengthen your environment, further develop employees in the team and actively help shape the cooperation and culture of our company.   What you bring with you • Sound professional experience: You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in managing complex projects and mandatory experience in Switzerland. You know the relevant SIA phases as well as Swiss norms and standards, and move confidently within them. Additionally, you have a degree in interior design or architecture. • Project and technical competence: You bring pronounced skills in design, execution and in the overall project management of complex interior fit-out projects. * * • Working style: You work in a structured manner, like to take on responsibility and have high demands regarding quality and design, and combine these with your experienced technical and constructive knowledge. • Personality profile: You are a communicative personality who holds project teams together, makes clear decisions and deals confidently with various stakeholders. • Program and language skills: You possess good knowledge of project and construction management tools, Creative Adobe, MS Office and preferably ArchiCad. Additionally, you have very good German skills in spoken and written form.
