Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d) 80-100 %

For this exciting task, we are looking for a dedicated personality as
Project Manager Architecture (management position) 100 % (m/f/d). In this role, you will accompany varied construction projects from planning to implementation and, together with your team, ensure high-quality and sustainable results.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for technical-constructive tasks from planning to the execution project.
• You lead the external and internal planning and execution team.
• You fulfill the requirements from the building permit.
• You are responsible for planning management (planning packages) in all phases.
• You implement the document platform and control the plan deliveries.
• You coordinate the planning of all project designers and involved specialist planners regarding feasibility/construction tolerances.
• You are responsible for plan controls within the framework of quality assurance, the contractual basis, and the SIA specifications.
• You conduct planning and coordination meetings including minutes.

Your profile:

• You are characterized by your independent, structured way of working and high architectural quality awareness.
• You have completed training as a Drafter: EFZ, specialization Architecture or Architect: FH (Swiss degree).
• You have professional experience and corresponding specialist knowledge in project management.
• You have sound experience with CAD systems (ideally ArchiCAD) as well as MS Office programs.
• You have knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA).
• You are a communicative, team-oriented, and solution-oriented personality.
