As a Financial Accountant, you are responsible for the accounting foundation of a sport-tech company built on precision, performance, and progress. You provide structure to our Odoo environment, ensure accuracy in all financial processes, and ensure that the numbers behind the brand are as sharp as the products we develop. ERP & Systems Swiss Compliance Processes & Control Business Partnering Cross-functional collaboration Your tasks Responsibility for our Odoo-ERP accounting environment – creating structure and continuously improving it Ongoing financial accounting: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable Internal invoicing including credit card and expense accounting Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR VAT returns for Switzerland and internationally Intercompany reconciliation within our international structure Monitoring of payment transactions and account reconciliations Ensuring compliance with internal control systems and regulatory requirements Support in the annual audit preparation Sparring partner for the Head of Accounting & Reporting Collaboration with international branches, suppliers, and external partners Driving process improvements through digitalization and AI – automating routine tasks and further sharpening the quality of our financial operations Your profile Commercial vocational training with further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification At least 3 years of accounting experience in Switzerland Practical Experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP system – this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have Sound knowledge of accounting and tax law (OR / VAT) Experience in an international environment with intercompany structures Very good German in spoken and written form; good English You actively use AI tools to work smarter and free up capacity for the essentials Independent, structured, and precise – you have your topics under control without needing to be pushed Direct and constructive – you can speak plainly and receive it in the same way What distinguishes you You are not looking for a passive execution role. You contribute your own opinions, recognize problems before they escalate, and have the ambition to leave things better than you found them. You can discuss at eye level with the Head of Accounting – and know when you need to ask follow-up questions.
