Veterinarian Ophthalmology Small Animals Zürich

Specialized ophthalmology for small animals in one of the most modern small animal clinics in the Zürich region, with close professional exchange across nine disciplines. In Watt/Regensdorf, Kanton Zürich, we are looking for a veterinarian with a focus on ophthalmology immediately or by agreement, with a workload of 20 – 60 %. In a clinic with around 80 specialists and modern equipment, you can expect a challenging ophthalmological case spectrum in close collaboration with an experienced ophthalmologist.

What you can expect from this responsible task

• You will perform specialized diagnostics, treatment, and care of ophthalmological cases in small animals, including medical, surgical, and emergency interventions
• You will work closely with an experienced ophthalmologist and maintain active professional exchange with colleagues from eight other specialties
• You will communicate professionally with animal owners and referring veterinarians
• You will participate in on-call duty as needed
• You will engage in continuous further education and evidence-based medicine

What you bring

• Completed degree in veterinary medicine with a recognized degree in Switzerland
• Professional experience in ophthalmology, including surgical procedures
• Good language skills in German and/or English
