Main tasks

• Independent processing of requests from foreign authorities
• Supporting the International Cooperation group in the processing of complex mutual assistance requests
• Assisting in the drafting of orders and conducting appeal proceedings
• Participation in on-site inspections and interrogations where possible

Profile

• Completed degree in law
• Interest in financial market law issues
• High-level written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Goal-oriented and exact way of working
• Proficient German and French skills (C2) as well as very good Italian and English skills (B2)
