Employee Social Space Planning / Offer Development Permanent position Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich By or after agreement, we are looking for a qualified personality for the position as Employee Social Space Planning/Offer Development. Tasks You will assist in the creation of location-related social space analyses, spatial programs and social operating concepts, as well as in needs assessments for new housing offers in old age. You represent the perspective of the users (tenants as well as, if applicable, commercial users) in the planning, implementation and commissioning of new settlements. You lead and moderate interdisciplinary working groups as well as participation processes. You prepare basic documents, concepts, presentations and decision-making bases for higher-level bodies or committees. You acquire third-party funds for the realization of task-related projects. Profile Completed Master's degree in social sciences, architecture, urban planning or equivalent training Proven experience in project management as well as in the accompaniment of participation processes. About us The Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich SAW currently operates 36 settlements with over 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. It supports its tenants with everyday, social and nursing services and thereby enables them to have a high quality of life into old age. By 2035, the SAW plans to build further settlements with around 1000 additional apartments.
