Tasks ## • You accompany, support and assess students of Operating Technology HF during their practical training. • You support the theory-practice transfer in everyday operating room life and promote learning directly in concrete work situations. • You give students regular learning-promoting feedback on their technical development and actions in the operating room. • You plan, design and implement practice-oriented LTT sequences. • You work closely with the education team and the teams in the operating room. • You are active in operating room operations and bring your technical expertise in the fields of visceral, vascular and thoracic surgery, urology, robotics and gynecology. • You contribute to the further development of practical training (e.g. in learning materials, training structures, feedback culture and new learning forms). • You promote a constructive, appreciative and professional learning and team culture. Profile ## • Completed training as a Dipl. Specialist in Operating Technology HF • Professional experience in the operating room area • Enjoyment of practical instruction and accompaniment of students during their training. • Interest in learning processes, feedback and the further development of practical training. • Ideally SVEB certificate level I trainer or willingness to complete it • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Openness to development, change and new learning forms • High social competence, patience and clarity in dealing with students We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
