Your future begins here # As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you and the team ensure the stable operation and further development of our Workspace Application Services for Swisscom and our customers. You resolve disturbances with the support of the team and learn to automate processes. In an agile environment, you take on more responsibility step by step and are in close exchange with the customers. Together we drive modern ways of working forward and rely on a learning culture and collaboration. • Operation, monitoring and improvement of Workspace Application Services in the team, with gradual responsibility for defined components • 3rd Level Incident and Problem Management; central contact person in operations • Participation in the allocation of customer requests in operations • Construction of pipelines and automation of deployments, configurations and processes • Implementation of service and change requests in close cooperation with the customer Your Skills • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in computer science/business informatics or equivalent practical experience • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows; certifications are an advantage • Initial experience in IT support and in direct contact with customers • Interest in monitoring and logging as well as automation in operations • Independent, structured, reliable and communicative • Enjoyment of teamwork and high customer orientation • Curious and willing to learn in an agile environment • Very good German and good English; French is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
