For our modern and patient-oriented private ward, we are looking for you as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with an additional function in vocational training. In this exciting dual function, you combine your professional competence in nursing with your passion for education -- and thus actively shape the future of the nursing profession. You care for our patients with heart and professionalism and simultaneously accompany apprentices and students on their way into everyday nursing practice. YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician with the support of our Fachangestellte Gesundheit • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the arrival of the physician • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Care and guidance of apprentices and students <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as a dipl.
