Head of Pension & Customer Business, Member of the Executive Board Your area of responsibility You bear the overall operational responsibility for the demanding and unique core business of the foundation in the areas of occupational pension schemes and vested benefits. In doing so, you ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the statutory mandate and develop the organization in a targeted manner. You lead your organizational area holistically in terms of personnel and finance, as well as across several management levels. With your employees at the locations Zürich, Lausanne and Bellinzona, you lead an organizational unit that equally requires customer orientation, legal compliance and adaptability. You shape a work culture in which performance and development go together and employees are specifically supported in their professional and personal development. As a member of the Executive Board, you are jointly responsible for the strategic direction of the foundation and contribute to its sustainable positioning in the environment of occupational pension schemes. You drive cross-departmental transformation and optimization initiatives and specifically develop the governance as well as internal control systems. For the Board of Trustees, you create sound decision-making bases and represent the foundation professionally towards relevant stakeholders. What characterizes you You have several years of leadership experience at the senior management level or in a comparable key position and lead confidently across several hierarchical levels. With strategic foresight, a pronounced understanding of processes and high competence for change, you specifically develop organizations, structures and management instruments. You move confidently in cross-location, multilingual structures and bring sound experience in occupational pension schemes. A university degree or an equivalent further education with a focus on social insurance or a related specialist field is required. You have very good oral and written language skills in German and French (at least C1 or B2).
