October 2026 or by arrangement Employment type: Permanent Reference number: 72081 In this interesting and versatile activity, you will take over the professional care of our national and international patients who come to us for one or multi-day check-ups, as well as the additional care of elite athletes who are connected to us. As the first contact person for our clientele, you represent the Check-Up Zentrum and ensure a professional first impression with your friendly appearance and service-oriented manner. YOUR TASKS ## • Reception and care of clients • Planning and scheduling of check-ups • Blood sampling, intraocular pressure measurements, and laboratory activities • Recording of services • Appointment coordination with specialists and other external bodies YOUR PROFILE ## • Completed commercial further education • Additional medical training is an advantage (e.g., MPA, dental assistant) • Several years of professional experience in a similar function with a focus on administrative activities • Good IT skills • Very good German and English skills In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional, well-coordinated team awaits you.
