Head of Department «Mediation and Conflict Culture» The IEF in Zürich is the oldest and one of the leading systemic institutes in the German-speaking area. We offer professionals a wide range of continuing and advanced training opportunities with a focus on psychotherapy, counseling, coaching and mediation. Starting in early 2027, we are looking for a new Head of Department «Mediation and Conflict Culture» In this function, you are responsible for the conception, organization and further development of the department's continuing education offerings. You will work together with five other heads of department and the administration team and actively help shape our lively, self-organized institute. You bring basic training in jurisprudence, psychology, social sciences, pedagogy or a comparable degree as well as recognition as a mediator FSM. In addition to several years of activity as a mediator, you also have experience as a lecturer or adult educator. You are well networked in the mediation landscape, have an interest in relevant professional politics and in the conception and development of basic and continuing education. Furthermore, you are flexible enough to carry out this activity part-time at a level of approximately 30% of a full-time position. In addition, there is activity as a lecturer within the mediation course recognized by the FSM.
