Your activities:

• Planning and implementation of PLVs (Production Line Validations)
• Creation of production flowchart / production FMEA / test sheets / assembly instructions
• Design, creation, and procurement of all assembly and production aids; setting up corresponding assembly workstations
• Creation and procurement of all packaging materials for modules and devices
• Creation of corresponding packaging labels
• Training of production employees both internally and externally in production technology matters
• Support of the TWs (Technical Writers) in the creation of production test software manuals, etc.
• Processing and control of batch sheets
• Interface to R&D, PL, Q, WEP, Supply Management, PM, Order Handling, internal production, module or parts supplier external, Customer Support, Central Warehouse, Technical Writer, Disposition, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management
• Creation and processing of change requests
• BOM adjustments (Bill of Materials) - packaging adjustments
• Manual and test sheet adjustments/revisions
• Corresponding retraining of internal and external production employees
• New design of individual components with subsequent procurement of first prototypes
• Implementation of corresponding tests
• Assistance with obsolescence topics
• Decision/determination on rework/consumption/destruction for components to be changed that are already in stock
• Evaluation of new suppliers (worldwide)
• Technical support for questions regarding processing/manufacturing
• Assessment of delivered sample parts for execution/quality/dimensional accuracy
• Regular information to project employees, group leaders about the status of projects and tasks
• Immediate information to the team leader and the group leader in case of schedule delays or other deviations in the projects
• Co-responsible for achieving and maintaining product costs
• Co-responsible for achieving group and department goals
• Compliance with regulatory requirements according to the corresponding processes

What you bring:

• Basic training in mechanics or electronics (toolmaker/polymechanic or similar)
• Betriebsfachmann BF/TS or HF project management training
• 5 years of professional experience as a Production Engineer
• German and English in spoken and written form
• Very good MS Office and good SAP knowledge
