HR Services Specialist (temporary for 1 year), 90 %

Are you service-oriented, communicative, and do you love working in a dynamic environment? Then you fit perfectly with us! We are looking for reinforcement for our dedicated HR Services team at Stadtspital Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You complete administrative and operational HR tasks in a timely and reliable manner
• You maintain personnel and payroll data in SAP HCM, create decrees and contracts, and keep an overview of permits
• You write employment references and confirmations
• You answer inquiries from employees and supervisors competently and friendly
• You advise employees on questions regarding social insurance (accident, illness, maternity, military, EO etc.)
• You provide situational support at the on-site service desk and process telephone, mail, and email correspondence

Profile ##

• A completed commercial vocational training (EFZ, BM or equivalent)
• At least 4-5 years of experience in personnel administration, ideally in a large company (healthcare industry is an advantage)
• Further training in the HR field (e.g., Personalfachfrau/-mann) rounds off your specialist knowledge
• You are well-versed in SAP HCM and MS Office; PEP-Polypoint is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with repetitive tasks
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and deal appreciatively with different stakeholder groups
• As a team-oriented, integral personality with a lot of commitment and passion for customer service, you fit perfectly with us
