(Working days Monday to Friday, including readiness for shifts on public holidays or weekends) Allrounder:in Shoplogistik, 60-80% Your Tasks In this role, you are the central interface between logistics, purchasing, and sales. You ensure that our goods are available at the right time in the right place, ensure a smooth flow of goods, and guarantee efficient warehouse management. With your organizational talent, you maintain an overview of stock levels at all times, coordinate movements of goods, and thus contribute significantly to optimal shop operations. You are responsible for goods reception, control and book deliveries, organize warehouse areas, and prepare the goods for our museum shops. In addition, you maintain and monitor stocks in the inventory management system, support inventories, and ensure correct goods labeling as well as price marking. Order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse are a matter of course for you. Your versatile area of responsibility is rounded off by supporting our shop teams in sales and at the cash desk when extraordinary situations or personnel shortages require it. With your hands-on mentality, you make an important contribution to efficient daily business and a high service quality for our visitors.
