Your tasks • Main point of contact for clients, analyze their processes in the field of scheduling & workflows (outpatient, emergency, therapies, operating room). • Test new developments and client-specific adaptations. • Responsibility for client tickets for the Scheduling and Workflow module of our KISIM. • Client-specific configurations for calendars and workflows. • Close collaboration with internal development and other product managers. Your profile • Familiarity with clinical processes in the outpatient and inpatient departments of hospitals and clinics. • Completed training or higher vocational school in the healthcare field. • Experience with treatment planning software and software configuration. • Ability to gather, analyze requirements, and develop solutions (requirements engineering) and to document this clearly. • Precise way of working and a good eye for testing. • Communicative, with high consulting competence and enjoyment of contact with specialized clients. • You practice a systematic and transparent working style and like to be involved in a team. • Fluent command of German, spoken and written, ideally knowledge of French or English.
