Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation 100% (m/f/d) ###

Your area of responsibility:

• Manage the interaction with customers and our teams and serve as an important leader in our company.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and help manage the complexity of AI implementation.
• Lead workshops and discussions with customers or internal stakeholders to identify AI use cases, understand business challenges, and align AI-tailored solutions.
• Facilitate the further development of your customers in digitalization by meeting their requirements and proposing state-of-the-art solutions.
• Anticipate and address potential risks associated with AI implementation, such as data protection, security, and model performance.
• Continuously implement and expand your knowledge of best practices in the areas of technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting.

Your qualifications:

• A Master's degree or PhD in fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any natural science or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Over 10 years of professional experience with artificial intelligence technologies (such as machine learning, deep learning, advanced statistics and modeling) and more recently in generative AI (including Agentic AI, GenAI-related cloud technologies, ML engineering).
• As an experienced hire, you have a solid track record of delivering and exceeding your projects and you can rely on your network in the AI field.
• Proven experience in AI leadership roles with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. Experienced consulting is considered a plus.
• Proven go-to-market experience in the Swiss market is mandatory, with a strong understanding of local business dynamics and needs.
• English language skills with willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally; German or French language skills are considered a plus.
