For 25 years, our restaurant projects have been created with dedication to culinary culture and are shaped by sustainability in everyday life and a respectful Umgang with nature. What you bring to the table You enjoy working with people and love Italian food, culture, and language. Maintaining quality standards and working according to hygienic specifications is a matter of course for you. You are persistent, resilient, and strong in teamwork. You can roll up your sleeves and appreciate direct customer contact. You feel comfortable in system gastronomy and can also step in occasionally to support the team. Ideally, you have initial or advanced training in gastronomy and have already been able to gain experience in similar positions. Your tasks You support our team with production and lunch service in one of our PUCIS (Stauffacher, Bellevue, Bridge Europaallee). Compliance with hygiene and quality standards and support with goods receipt and stock management. Why you will love it at PUCI'S Central workplace in the middle of the city. You work in great small and well-coordinated teams in the open show kitchen and, with your open-minded and guest-oriented character, help shape the atmosphere of the branch. You are active in production as well as the preparation of pasta, following processes of system gastronomy. We offer you regular and fair working hours, with our branches being closed on Sunday.
