Tasks You assume daily responsibility on a ward for acute and transitional care with or without a focus on dementia and are responsible for advising and accompanying residents and relatives during illness and crises. You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels. You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex, unstable situations. You are present during doctor's rounds and participate in interdisciplinary reports. You contribute to the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
