Architect Estimator (Estimation / Construction Cost Planning / Creating Tenders) Employment Permanent position 100% Work location Zürich Requirements Completed training as a Zeichner:in EFZ specializing in architecture, Techniker:in HF, Bauleiter:in, or career changer from the construction industry with an affinity for the tendering process. Good system knowledge in MS-Office and ideally in MesserliBAUAD. Initiative, confident appearance, and communicative personality. Proficient German in speaking and writing. Field of Activity Creation of tenders according to NPK (Conventional, GU, TU). Clarification of technical details. Creation of preliminary measurements and quantity take-offs. Communication in direct contact with the project/management.
