We produce interdental brushes, toothbrushes and various other prophylaxis products in Deutschland / Schwarzwald. Swiss engineering art and German production art is our slogan. We are looking for our office in Zürich for a commercial employee, who or that for customer service, logistics and accounting. You maintain calm and an overview in the varied business everyday life even in hectic situations and are a talent in organizing and coordinating. You also like to take the initiative independently to solve problems, to satisfy the customers. You like to familiarize yourself with new subjects, are a team player and love having a varied workplace. -Start of position: immediately or by arrangement Qualifications: • very good German skills in speaking and writing • professional experience in the field of administration/administration • ideally a completed training as a commercial employee or a comparable training. • a friendly appearance • trustworthy and honest towards the team • routine handling of MS Office and Outlook, have already worked with the accounting program Proffix, if not, then we will train you. • writing invoices, Webstamp, preparing and sending orders. • ideally basic knowledge in marketing • good English skills in speaking and writing desired / English and French skills are an advantage.
