Your tasks ##

• You support and advise the management in structural and building technology matters and ensure the documentation for measures and their budgeting with the help of condition reports
• You coordinate, control, and monitor external service providers and guarantee the contractual services
• You ensure the specifications of optimal maintenance and the flawless function of the technical infrastructure and initiate targeted maintenance measures if necessary
• You control the construction execution and pay attention to costs, deadlines, quality, environment, and safety
• You take over the professional processing of defects, damage, and warranty cases in close cooperation with management and construction management
• You accompany renovation projects and are the central contact person on the management side for external construction management or Livit-Bau
• You advise on energy and environmental measures and point out optimization suggestions and improvement measures

Your profile ##

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship in the construction industry (e.g., draftsman or Facility Management) or a comparable technical training
• You bring commercial further education or professional experience in the real estate or construction industry
• You have experience in Facility Management, building maintenance, or technical management
• You are familiar with the processing of construction projects in the field of construction
• You have a strong technical understanding of structural damage and warranty cases, know relevant standards and regulations, and can trace the causes of damage in a comprehensible manner
• You communicate confidently and professionally with internal as well as external contact persons and always act in a service-oriented manner
• You work in a structured, efficient manner and maintain an overview even under time pressure
• You are a team player with initiative, willingness to learn, and organizational talent
