To support our facility team at the Hardturm location, we are looking for a motivated person as Facility Manager immediately or by arrangement. Facility Hero / Hauswart (m/f/d) 80-100% YOUR MISSION: The pulse check for our spaces You ensure that the "wow effect" is perceptible for our members every day. You are the first person on site and have everything under control, from the lounge to the meeting room. The master of things: You have full responsibility for our furniture logistics, manage internal moves, and keep an overview of our warehouse. Craft professional: You assemble furniture, carry out repairs, and maintain our tool and vehicle fleet. Event supporter: You ensure that meeting rooms are perfectly seated and help ensure that everything shines again after breaks or events. Tech understander: If the screen freezes or the speaker is silent, you are on the spot. You take over installation work and are the first contact for building technology problems (coordination of external service providers). The green thumb and more: You take care of our plants, handle errands, and have the goods reception under control. WHAT YOU BRING: Manual dexterity & service heart You are a motivated personality who approaches people openly and is also capable of thinking outside the box. Your foundation: You have a completed manual apprenticeship and understand building technology. Your skills: A driving license Cat. B is a must. You can handle modern IT tools (ticket systems, e-mail etc.) without problems. Your language: You speak very good German. English skills are a great plus for our international clientele.
