Tasks ## • As a case-responsible contact person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support for the residents. • Depending on your level of knowledge, you independently undertake tasks delegated by the department management, such as initiating and leading change processes, supporting employees in challenging situations, implementing overarching goals, and ensuring quality requirements. • You contribute to the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. • You represent the department management in their absence. Profile ## • Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in the care and support of older people with demential illnesses • Motivation for further development and desire for a function that allows you a broad insight into management tasks • Completed studies as a Dipl.
