To strengthen our Medical ICT Service Team, we are looking for a committed personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a fixed term of two years, who will ensure with passion and technical understanding that our medical applications at Stadtspital Zürich run reliably and are meaningfully further developed. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the operation and further development of various medical IT applications and form the interface to the specialist groups and the suppliers • Together with the medical technology located in the same specialist department, you ensure the networking (data transmission) between the medical technology systems and the medical IT applications you support • You plan and execute small to medium-sized IT projects, monitoring the corresponding efforts, costs, and deadlines therein • You carry out analyses and advise and support users in the area of application and process handling • You are the contact person for users, project employees, and external partners • Within the framework of project and change management, you work on conceptual and synergetic solutions for the technical support of documentation processes • Furthermore, your tasks include 2nd and 3rd level support, the analysis and resolution of occurring problems, conducting system tests and their documentation, as well as the planning and execution of software updates for the systems • Coordinating the further development of applications (recording specialist requirements, creating solution concepts, preparing offers/release agreements) Profile ## • Completed training in computer science, medical informatics, or business informatics • Professional experience in supporting applications, ideally in a hospital environment • Enjoyment of collaborating with various specialist departments and external partners • Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured way of working • Knowledge in IT service management as well as in ITIL • Independence, initiative, and the ability to think outside the box We offer ## We offer you more than just a job.
