Social Pedagogue (After-school care management) or Specialist in Care at the Tagesschule Heubeeribüel, 55-60 %

Since summer 2025, the Heubeeribüel school has been an independent day school and includes a morning table as well as lunch/evening care. In the care setting, around 160 children from kindergarten to 6th grade are looked after. Additionally, our Waldhäuschen offers a nature-oriented and varied care service. From this summer, we will also operate an additional care room for kindergarten children in the Sekundarschulhaus Krähbühl. The care team of our school is looking for reinforcement as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the planning, organization and coordination of lunch offerings and carry out activities alone or together with the team. • You are interested in children and their life world and accompany them authentically, understandingly and appreciatively. • With your open and benevolent attitude, you shape the cooperation in the team, with the parents and teachers. • You are willing to participate interdisciplinary and actively within the entire care team and at school level and to support developments. • Cooperation with teachers and other specialists of the school team is fun for you. Profile ## • One of the following CH-recognized diplomas: Social Work FH/HFS; Social Pedagogy FH/HFS or an equivalent training. Kindergarten or teaching diploma of the Volksschule, university degree with major in Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy, Educational Science or EFZ Fachperson Betreuung/Kleinkinderzieher*in • Motivated, open and humorous personality with a positive view of humanity • Independence, sense of responsibility as well as good team and communication skills • Openness and adaptability to constant change • Excellent pedagogical skills We offer ## A varied, versatile and independent activity in which you lead the children's group independently with the school assistant.
