Your mission: We are looking for a project manager who will be the main interlocutor for our French-speaking clients and our sales managers. Therefore, there are two places of work: Zurich and Lausanne. Project management involves coordinating mandates, synchronizing with partners, clients, and sales managers, as well as planning and guaranteeing productions and publications. Additionally, the holder develops presentations and concepts. Your new role: • You develop creative and targeted campaign strategies for print and digital formats, best meeting the needs of our clients. • You manage campaigns from the initial idea to final delivery, taking charge of planning, budget control, and resource management. • You coordinate and integrate print and digital channels to ensure effective and consistent communication. • You produce commercial content yourself for all channels. • You collaborate closely with the graphics, sales, and digital teams to create and optimize campaign content. • You monitor the success of campaigns by analyzing relevant KPIs and prepare clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders. • You are in direct contact with our clients, advising them on campaign strategies and ensuring their satisfaction. • You stay on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in print and digital marketing and integrate them into campaign planning. Here are the main tasks of the position: • As a project manager, you coordinate the various implementations, from briefing to execution, and you ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality criteria are respected at all times. • You have experience in the planning and implementation of print and digital campaigns, ideally in an editorial environment, in an agency, or in a similar sector. • You possess strong cross-media communication and campaign management skills. • You already have experience with content management systems, analytical tools, and social media platforms. • You stand out through excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong customer orientation. • You work independently and in a structured manner while demonstrating great creativity and team spirit. • You speak German and French, and you have the necessary confidence to present in French to clients. English is a plus. • You demonstrate flexibility regarding your place of work. High availability to travel between Zurich and Lausanne.
