• Exciting opportunity at a traditional Swiss SME • Start immediately or by arrangement // 100% Onsite // Attractive compensation About Our Client ## Exciting opportunity at a traditional Swiss SME Job Description ## • Administrative and organizational support for the field service and sales teams • Creation, processing, and follow-up of offers • Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates in close cooperation with production and logistics • Telephone and written support as well as consulting for customers • Receipt and processing of customer inquiries and orders • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, field service, production, and logistics • Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP or CRM system • Support in the optimization of internal processes in sales administration • Participation in export processing and international customer orders The Successful Applicant ## • Completed commercial training or a comparable further education • Several years of professional experience in a similar position in sales administration, customer service, or sales support • Basic technical understanding as well as enjoyment in dealing with technical products • Proficient German language skills at native level, fluent French skills, Italian skills an advantage • Experience in export business and international order processing an advantage • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various contact persons • Vocational trainer certificate or the willingness to complete it, an advantage What's on Offer ## Are you a service-oriented personality with organizational talent and enjoyment in customer contact?
