Pflegefachperson HF/FH, who, in addition to daily nursing work, is prepared to additionally take on vocational training and participate in education. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF as Berufsbildnerin / Berufsbildner 60-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Execution of treatment nursing activities • Planning and accompaniment of physician visits • Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach • Assumption of tasks as a reference person • Management of the nursing process • Leading case discussions • Assumption of daily responsibility • Assumption of tasks as a theme carrier, professional instructional authority • You create learning situations for the trainees, instruct them in the departments, document the learning process, give feedback, and assess them orally and in writing. • You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and also work with the trainees in shift service or on the weekend. • You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and the nursing teams and take on an important function in the leadership triangle. Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Experience as RAI-coordination is an advantage • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Joy in working with trainees and students • A recognized further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1) Why Tertianum?
