Your Team ## You will become part of a growing actuarial consulting team that accompanies leading Swiss life and reinsurance companies in strategic transformation projects. The team works at the intersection of actuarial expertise, technology, and business change and supports insurers in modernizing their core systems, processes, and actuarial functions. We combine deep technical knowledge with concrete project work and invest in thought leadership: our recent work on Markov-based portfolio management systems was presented at the SAV Bahnhofskolloquium and is publicly available (pwc.ch/en/insights/risk/markov-models.html). Zürich By arrangement 80-100% Internal Services All welcome ID: 741779WD Your Impact ## • Advise leading Swiss life and reinsurance companies on strategic transformation projects: system migrations, process modernization, and redesign of actuarial functions. • Bring actuarial expertise into multidisciplinary teams and work across all departments: Actuarial, IT, Finance, Underwriting. Those who bring the numbers, connect. • Lead international project streams and smaller project teams with responsibility for scope, delivery, and customer relationships. • Contribute to the further development of our consulting offering in the area of Life Insurance and support the establishment and expansion of customer relationships. • Practice thought leadership: publish, present, and help shape the professional community. Your Skill Set ## • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Natural Sciences. • 5-8 years of actuarial professional experience in the Swiss life insurance market (insurance, reinsurance, or consulting). • Actuary SAV or equivalent international qualification. • You have built your first AI agent in VS Code or Cursor. You do not wait for someone to give you a tool. You build what you need. • Initial leadership and project management experience, ideally in larger transformation programs. • Business fluent in German and English. Other languages are a plus. • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS) or experience with process automation/orchestration (e.g., Camunda) are an advantage.
