For our client, a successful and down-to-earth company in the home textile industry, we are looking for a committed personality as Purchasing & Sales Coordinator (Home Textiles) 100% Your tasks Coordination and support of the purchasing and sales team in daily business Processing of customer inquiries as well as telephone and written customer care Recording and processing of customer orders from A–Z Preparation of offers as well as support with post-processing Support and coordination of suppliers as well as monitoring of delivery dates Execution of orders and maintenance of article and master data Support in sample management and product documentation Creation of evaluations and administrative documents Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, purchasing and logistics Participation in various projects and organizational tasks Your profile Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable qualification 1–2 years of professional experience in purchasing and/or sales back office Experience in order processing, customer care and supplier coordination Experience in the home textile industry is an advantage Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems is an advantage Enjoyment of customer contact and confident appearance towards customers and suppliers Independent, reliable and structured way of working Versatile, team-oriented and uncomplicated personality What awaits you Exciting and varied activity in an established company in the home textile industry Versatile interface function between purchasing, sales and customers Motivated and collegial team Careful introduction to the tasks Modern working environment Free parking space Are you interested?
