Job Description:

In this role, in close cooperation with internal and external teams, you will develop high-quality designs for architectural competitions and projects and accompany them from conception to further elaboration. You will actively contribute your design expertise to discussions, represent your design ideas convincingly, and take responsibility for complex project content. You have the ability to independently structure demanding design processes, further develop them in close exchange with the Head of Design, and drive them forward with high commitment. In doing so, you convince through conceptual strength, communicative clarity, decisiveness, and the ambition to combine excellent architecture with precise processes.

What we wish for from you:

• Completed architecture studies with several years of professional experience in the design field in Switzerland
• High design and conceptual comprehension
• Experience in the development and management of competitions, studies, test planning, and early project phases
• Ability to translate complex tasks, programs, and framework conditions into clear, viable, and convincing design concepts
• Confident appearance as well as the ability to convincingly present, represent, and further develop design ideas internally and externally
• High degree of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and the willingness to independently drive demanding architectural projects forward
• Confident handling of clients, specialist planners, specialists, and authorities in project development
• Awareness of sustainability, economic efficiency, and constructive feasibility of architectural concepts with knowledge of common standards
• Very good knowledge of common design, representation, and presentation tools
• German language skills at level C1-C2, further knowledge of national languages and English are an advantage
