What awaits you:

• Support, maintenance and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
• Administration and operation of Microsoft-365 environments
• Responsibility for server, network and client infrastructures
• Support and further development of on-premises solutions
• Analysis and rectification of faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Collaboration in exciting infrastructure and digitalization projects
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external IT partners
• Support in the optimization of processes and IT standards

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience after completion of training
• Experience in SME structures and enjoyment of a versatile field of tasks
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Sound experience in the area of network, server and infrastructure administration
• Experience with on-premises environments and hybrid IT landscapes
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
• Team player personality with a high service orientation
• Business fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
