Vocational Trainer for FaGe Apprentices 70-100% (a) Our vocational trainers at Spitex Zürich are organized in their own team and can thus concentrate fully on supporting the apprentices. This means for you: Close cooperation within the team enables good exchange and best results. You will be actively supported by the training managers. You work situationally across locations, have a strong team behind you, work independently, and enjoy many freedoms and design possibilities in the practical vocational training. To strengthen our vocational trainer team, we are looking for a personality as a Vocational Trainer for FaGe Apprentices 70-100% (a) starting immediately or by arrangement YOUR TASKS You accompany, promote, and empower apprentices in practical and theoretical training and thereby ensure high-quality training. You work across locations and closely with other vocational trainer teams, the training managers, team coaches, and the nursing teams. You conduct regular training and qualification discussions with your apprentices. You actively participate in the public relations work (career fairs, neighborhood events, Zukunftstag) of Spitex Zürich. You maintain your practical connection through low-percentage nursing assignments, which you perform alongside your role as a Vocational Trainer. Depending on the team, you also take over the duty and assignment planning for yourself and your apprentices.
